At Vivre Brilliance, we offer free shipping on all purchases. Your jewelry will be carefully packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Return Policy

  1. Customized Jewelry:
    Customized jewelry is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This included all product that has undergone: (1) An alteration of design; (2) Engraving; (3) Other specialized process that may prevents the merchandise's resell to the general market. Please review specific details on the product page before making your selection.
  2. Ready-to-Wear Items:
    If you are not completely satisfied with your ready-to-wear item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Please note:
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • A packaging handling fee will be deducted automatically from your refund.
  • If the item shows signs of wear that affect resale value, an additional fee will apply.

Quality Issues and Size Adjustments:
For defective items or incorrect ring sizes, we offer free adjustments and repairs. Please contact our customer service for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges via Email

To initiate a return or exchange for eligible orders, please contact us via email at support@vivrebrilliance.com. This includes unworn products shipped from any address (within and outside of the US).

Email us at support@vivrebrilliance.com. We will provide a return shipping authorization number.

Pack Your Jewelry:

  • Place your jewelry back in the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, include the jewelry box inside a small box and seal it. Then, place this small box inside a medium box.
  • Ensure any promotional gift(s) included with your purchase are also returned. You may keep your complimentary jewelry cleaner.
  • Seal the box and remove any old addresses or barcodes.
  • Write your shipping authorization number on the outside of the box (this information will be in your return confirmation email).
  • Affix the return label to the outside of the box.

Return Your Package:

  • Locate a staffed location for your chosen logistics company by searching for your zip code.
  • Obtain a receipt as proof of shipment. Please note that we are not responsible for packages left in drop boxes or non-staffed locations.
  • Full insurance is guaranteed when you use our free shipping label and follow the packaging instructions, including double boxing your return package.

Refunds

Once your order is returned, our Quality Assurance team will inspect your item(s) to ensure they are unworn and verify that all promotional gift(s) with purchase are present before issuing a refund.
