Cancellation

  1. You may cancel your order within a grace period of 48 hours of placing it. In case this happens, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.
  2. After this grace period, we unfortunately cannot approve your cancellation unconditionally. However, you still have the right to return or exchange your merchandise if it's eligible.

Return, Refund & Exchange

  • You are eligible for a replacement or exchange of merchandise if the following conditions apply:
    1. The replacement request is initiated within 72 hours from the reception of your item.
    2. The item is defective or damaged by the fault of VivreBrilliance.      

 

  • We are happy to offer you a refund or exchange your item if it meets all following conditions:
    1. The refund request is initiated within 30 calendar days from the reception of your item.
    2. Merchandise is in perfect sellable condition, with the sales receipt or other legal proof of purchase.
    3. Merchandise is accompanied with all original packaging, including jewelry boxes and pouches.
    4. Merchandise is not a on sale item.
    5. Merchandise is not a personalized, altered or engraved item.
    6. Certain limited edition and collaboration merchandises may be ineligible for a refund, return or exchange.
  • Gift recipients are only entitled to an exchange or non-refundable vivrebrilliance® points redeemable only on www.vivrebrilliance.com or through our client advisors.
  • To initiate your refund request, please click here to fill the refund request form and generate a shipping label. Your order status will change to “refund initiated”. Please note: DO NOT ship your returning item(s) to the manufacturer. You are invited to send the shipping label to your email, print it and have it on the package that carries your returning item(s).
  • After all merchandises in a return are received and inspected and a refund, we will send you an email notifying the approval status of your refund request.
  • In case that purchases realized on vivrebrilliance.com, all refunds will be issued to the original cardholders’ account with which the purchase was made. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for your financial institution to proceed. Terms and conditions in the cardholder-issuer agreement(s) shall also apply.
  • In case of an approved but unfulfilled refund, please be patient during the process and check with your credit card company and bank regularly, since it could take a few days until the refund is updated by your financial institution.
