Returns & Exchanges

  1. Faulty Items
    If you receive a faulty item, you may return it to us in accordance with your rights under applicable consumer laws. Depending on the issue, we may repair, replace, or refund the item. Please contact our Customer Care teamfor assistance.
  2. Change of Mind Policy
    We offer flexible returns for items made from our eco-friendly materials due to a change of mind within 14 days of purchase:
    • Eligibility: Applies indefinitely to eco-friendly material items, provided they are returned with proof of purchase and the order number.
    • Condition: Items may notshow signs of wear and must not be missing parts, nor modified, melted, or altered in shape.
    • Exclusions: This policy does not apply to items made from natural materials, engraved products, or custom-made items.

Eco-Friendly Exchange Service

We encourage customers to participate in our eco-friendly exchange service. You can send us one to three pieces of your previously purchased eco-friendly jewelry to update your style. In return, we will credit your account with eco-exchange points, which can be used toward a new piece from our collection.

How to Return Your Items

Online Purchases:
All items purchased online can be returned via post to our designated address.

  • Returning via Post:
    • Contact our Customer Care team to initiate a return.
    • Pre-pay all return shipping charges; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
    • Ensure the items are insured during transit to prevent loss or damage.
    • Include a copy of your shipping or order confirmation email in the package.

Assessment and Processing

All returned items are subject to inspection by our team. If necessary, items may be sent to our Head Office for further assessment. Refunds, repairs, or replacements will be processed within a reasonable time frame, and refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise specified (e.g., for cash payments).
