What’s Covered

Within 60 days from delivery, we provide free repair or replacement for stones up to 0.25ct if they experience any manufacturing or setting issues.

  • Free repair or replacement for main or accent stones ≤0.25ct

  • Includes labor and stone replacement costs for manufacturing/setting issues

  • Applies only to stones that are loose, missing, or broken due to manufacturing

Repairs are still available after the initial 60-day period, but shipping and replacement stone costs will apply (stone price based on market value).

  • Accidental damage (impact, stepping, theft, or loss)

  • Misuse or improper wear

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, or structural damage caused by resizing or modifications

  • Stones larger than 0.25ct that are lost or broken (costs charged separately)
